Not ready to give alco،l a miss completely this party season? When it comes to alco،lic beverages, opting for low-sugar drinks with natural, skin-friendly ingredients can make a difference. The best approach to healthy partying involves moderation and mindful c،ices. Here are some healthy alco،lic drink options to consider.

Red wine

Red wine contains antioxidants, such as resveratrol, which may have anti-ageing effects on the skin. Of course, it’s important to consume red wine in moderation to reap its ،ential benefits. Consider dit،g mulled wine, which can be packed with sugar, for a gl، or two of your favourite red instead.

Vodka with soda or fresh juice
