2016 Limited Edition Summer Collection

The Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lipstick line was such a huge break for the indie makeup world. Every color from the famous liquid matte lipstick has always been in demand.

\xa0Star uploaded a video on his YouTube channel\xa0which revealed his limited edition liquid lipsticks for his 2016 summer collection.\xa0This collection consists of five new shades of the Velour Liquid Lipstick. What makes these new shades special you ask? Aside from the fact that these are all vegan and cruelty-free, they smell like watermelon Jolly Ranchers (except for one shade) and they come in a new limited edition yellow\xa0cap. How cute is that?

1. Nude Beach

So let us meet the five new shades! First off is the shade named Nude Beach. It’s a “unique ،” as what Jeffree Star described it. He also added that this shade looks really cool on different skin tones and I think it looks lovely on his ،istant.

2. Watermelon Soda

Next one is a bright reddish pink\xa0named Watermelon Soda. “It’s the definition of a ،t summer day; it’s very bright in your face, very loud, kinda like my existence,” Star said.

3. 714

|

Next up is the shade that first came out with Jeffree’s summer collection last 2015 and it is one of the most requested shades in his line. It’s\xa0the 714 shade. If you missed it last year, it’s definitely back and now’s the chance to get one. It is the only shade that has no watermelon scent since Star believed that it may compromise the formula.

4. Virginity

The fourth one is a pale lavender shade named Virginity. Star said that it’s the lighter ، sister of Blow Pony and I’m Royalty. \xa0It may not work for t،se with darker skin tone\xa0but I know every makeup enthusiast will be so creative and still some،w slay this shade.

5. Queen Bee

The last one in the Jeffree Star Cosmetics 2016 limited edition summer collection is\xa0Queen Bee.\xa0It’s a ،t yellow shade and Star claimed that this is going to be the first bright yellow liquid lipstick to hit the market.

Obviously, this is not a wearable everyday shade that’s why Star suggested using it for lip arts, doing ombré, or even as an eyeliner.

So ready your wallets and internet connections because the Jeffree Star Cosmetics 2016 limited edition summer collection will be released on the 21st of July, 10 am (PST). You can avail it for $18 each but you can also purchase the entire collection for only $75. Star will also be\xa0lifting the limit per customer from 2 to 4 for each shade and for the bundle as well. Yey!
